Overview
Priorart.app is a side project I’ve been working on in the patentech space. It supports a streamlined invalidity search workflow, and I am actively testing the app with patent attorneys. Contact me if you’d like to see it in action.

Initiating the Invalidity Search

After the user uploads a patent, they can select the claims of the patent and initiate the search. The workflow involves determining a search strategy and searching popular patent databases for prior art.

Final Report Generation

At the end of the search, the agent synthesizes the results into an invalidity claim chart and downloadable report. Deliverables include scraped prior art files, keyword summaries, search logs, and summarized strong §102 and §103 invalidity candidates.
